It is "A" - Category hotel (Category A hotels are the best available in Leh) located at one end of the main town. It has the best location as it is away from the hustle & bustle of the main bazaar and yet a few minutes walk to the bazaar. Category A hotels are basic 3 star hotels.

In Leh there are no luxury hotels as the destination is open to travellers for only 5 to 5½ months (From April mid to Sept. end. If the weather holds then hotels remain open till end of Oct.). All rooms are well furnished with TV, attached bathrooms and hot & cold running water. There are a total of 35 rooms. There is one restaurant that serves all three meals.
